Why don’t American houses have anti-theft iron fences?

1. Good security in the US

Although there are many articles describing the US as a “very dangerous country”, in reality, the security in the US is very stable. There are many houses that are completely secure without bars or fences and do not worry about their houses being robbed.

In the US, houses in the same area often see neighbors leaving their garage doors open without parking their cars in front of them. Many people are often in such a hurry when going out that they forget to close the garage doors, but even so, they do not worry about thieves.

2. Complete insurance system

In the US, homeowners usually buy insurance for their houses. If they are really unlucky enough to be robbed, the insurance will also compensate for the damage.

3. Many houses have alarm systems

Thieves rarely visit poor neighborhoods, and if they do, they will at least look for middle-class or higher-class neighborhoods.

However, many middle-class and above families have home alarms installed. In these homes, if someone breaks in, the alarm will sound until you enter the correct password. If you don’t know the password, the alarm will continue to sound and automatically send information to the police station. In that way, the police will appear right in front of you.
